Unarmed
This is the level of service that many picture when they think of a security officer. Although the unarmed level has the lowest training requirement to obtain a state license, we require all of the same training we require of our armed officers (except any weapons/firearms training expected of the armed division). Our officers are also equipped with radios linking our staff with a 24 hour dispatch center and mobile devices to document their activities throughout their shft.

Armed
This is the level of service that some may not associate with as security. We can't tell you how many times we've had members of the public express their surprise to see security armed. Although the training requirement is more detailed to obtain a state commission, we don't feel that it's adequate enough to provide the level of service we feel that our clients expect from their chosen provider. These officers are equipped with pepper spray, an expandable baton, a firearm, and some may be equipped with a shotgun (client's request and must have the state endorsement on their license). Officers have shown proficiency and passed qualifications for any weapons that they carry. Our officers are also equipped with radios linking our staff with a 24 hour dispatch center and mobile devices to document their activities throughout their shft.

Patrol
This is our most visible level of service. This is ideal for those clients that require the most visible presence, the fastest response to an incident or call for service, large industrial parks or sites, large warehouse parks or sites, HOA and MUD districts, or as a flexible and affordable option when having a fulltime officer may not be in the budget. Our patrol units are fully marked, equipped with state approved lights for use by security, a radio, either a mobile device or laptop, and a printer.
